William Henry Lewis is admitted to the Harvard Club of Boston.

The first African-American admitted to the Harvard Club of Boston, Lewis was born in Virginia, graduated from Amherst and Harvard Law School, was an All-American football player, and a former lawyer for the U.S. Justice Department.
